All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase before processing begins.

Important Information

Please note that the retail price of each bag does not include delivery fees.
Kindly note that we do not offer payment on delivery. All transactions must be completed in advance to confirm your order.

Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 24–48 hours. Each pre-ordered item is carefully handcrafted and requires 4–10 working days for completion.

During high-volume periods, timelines may be slightly extended to maintain our standard of craftsmanship.
Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Within Ghana

Deliveries are handled through our trusted courier partners, FedEx and Yango.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery through our trusted partners, FedEx, DHL, and Swiftly Global, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 working days.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

Customs Clearance Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, international shipments may be subject to delays during customs clearance, which are beyond our control.

Refusal of Customs Charges

In the event that an order is returned due to refusal to pay applicable customs duties or taxes, all return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from the total refund.
